Chili Dipper is committed to providing you with a seamless and efficient shipping experience. Our team works vigilantly to dispatch orders within 24-48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that any custom item listed as a MTO will have a longer lead time of 2-3 weeks to receive. We currently offer the following shipping option:
Standard Shipping: 8-12 Business Days
Upon placing your order, you'll receive an email containing tracking information after the initial 24-48 hour fulfillment period. Please be aware that once the carrier takes possession of the shipment, we cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays.
At this time, we do not ship our products internationally.
Return Policy for Chili Dipper Apparel:
At Chili Dipper, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy. Please read the following guidelines and procedures for returning items:
1. Timeframe: You have 30 days from the original date of purchase to request a return.
2. Condition: Clothing items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels intact. You are required to provide proof of purchase at the time the return is requested.
3. Return Label: Simply contact us at support@therealchilidipper.com to request a return label. If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label.
4. Shipping Costs: Please note that shipping costs are not refundable. The customer is responsible for any shipping fees incurred when returning the items.
5. Refund Process: Once we receive your returned items and verify that they meet our return policy guidelines, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
6. Exclusions: Please note that certain items, such as sale or clearance items, may have different return policies or may not be eligible for return.
7. Exchange Option: Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
8. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team at support@therealchilidipper.com within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will be happy to assist you with a return or replacement.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria or are not in compliance with our return policy.
